Produce videos in Camtasia preferred format is SWF. Also use MP4 and FLV. He has problems with FLV.
Put your marketing logo at the beginning for about 3-5 seconds. Put information at the end for about 7 seconds.
Showed the options to produce a video using Camtasia.
